The completion of the Toome Bypass in March 2004 finally implemented a plan to improve one of Northern Ireland’s main transport routes. The project team successfully delivered this major addition to the country’s infrastructure on budget and ahead of time, whilst managing to exceed environmental and quality targets. This was achieved by partnering between the entire project team, from procurement through construction to completion and handover.

The redevelopment of Casement Park in 2001 led to its transformation into a modern 30,000 capacity stadium.

Marking the regeneration of the Cathedral Quarter area of Belfast, this major scheme led to the square becoming a focus point of the city and a place to view performing arts.
