Construction of a new dual carriageway on the existing A514 in L/derry. The works included the construction of a widened strengthened earthwork embankment, new carriageway drainage, kerbing, surfacing, bus stops, utility works, traffic signals, signs and road markings. The Crescent Link is the main eastern approach to the Foyle Bridge. Careful and considerate traffic management schemes were implemented to ensure accesses to Altnagelvin Hospital, Tesco Lisnagelvin, Fire Service Regional HQ, and Knightsbridge housing development were maintained, whilst catering for the existing volume of through traffic.
