Term Maintenance Contracts

FP McCann currently holds two major Maintenance Term Contracts with DRD Roads Service, Northern Ireland. ABW2 Contract in the Western Section (Omagh and Strabane) and ABN2 Contract in the Northern Division (Ballymena, Larne, Ballymoney, Moyle and Antrim) These contracts are for works valued between £10k and £250K per scheme and encompass a wide range of works from site clearance, kerbing, fencing, drainage, carriageway, footway surfacing and traffic calming schemes to road markings.

We also hold three Small Scale and Responsive Contracts with DRD, SSW1 in Western Division, SSN3 in Northern Division and SSS2 in Eastern Division. These contracts by their nature utilize our flexibility and willingness to work with clients and require us to respond to clients needs within two hours if required up to a value of £10k per scheme.
All works are carried out by trained and competent personnel all holding CSR cards and qualified to Lantra standards for traffic management in accordance with National Highways Sector Scheme 12D.
